A prac pistols and 5 sets of 3 ring dips with red band. Hspu to 1 blue block
B 15:38 it took me way longer than I wanted but I was able to rebound the box jumps for the first time in a year. Its progress but too slow!!
The article was eye opening for sure and a guy wrote it which was an interesting point of view.
