b. 11:59 rx... :/ 90 sec less than last time i did it in april!!! MUST LEARN TO RUN LIKE FOREST GUMP

A 5/5/5 w/75 small improvement from last week.
B 15:15 RX 2 mins slower than my time in may but this time it was RX. This still needs improvement.

Did 5 sets of 5 w/55 front squats after wod.

B) 10:23 - Still 39 seconds off my best but 21 seconds better than my time in July. It was great until the last set of pull-ups then it all went to the crapper. Looking forward to next time!!
