A 5/5/5 w/75 small improvement from last week.B 15:15 RX 2 mins slower than my time in may but this time it was RX. This still needs improvement.Did 5 sets of 5 w/55 front squats after wod.
A) 4/4/4 @ 90kgB) 400 DUsC) front squats 5@55, 4 sets of 5 @60
A) 4/4/4 @ 115 kgB) 10:23 - Still 39 seconds off my best but 21 seconds better than my time in July. It was great until the last set of pull-ups then it all went to the crapper. Looking forward to next time!!
