B) 2+5 Cleans @60 kg (mostly push jerks)

B) 1 plus 15 hang cleans (@ 40kg then 35kg) - wait! that says 10 push press and not 40! well shit. No wonder those push press were so horrible and I had to take weight off the bar after 30 reps. (Chrissy - I did it again!!)
