     Even Min 20sec V-Up

B. For Time:
    60 Burpee
    50 Sit-Up
    40 KBS 1.5/2p
    30 Strict Pull-Up
    20 Strict HSPU

A) 80kg - Vups - maintained 15 reps each round
B) 13 HSPU at the 20 Minute cap.
Mod: 24kg KBS, HSPU to an ab mat. I was surprised by how tough the strict pull-ups were. Moding the KBS this time was a good idea.
