A. 35k (77lb) off a box. technique work

B1. 4.5.2 (first 2 rnds strict pullups, last 2 in a band)

B2. 4.5.5 (plyo pushup, not clapping- 55lb OHS)

gymnastics are def a weakness

B#1 4 rounds and 4 pulls. Strict.

B#2 4 rounds and 5 pushups (plyo-nose to ground and only bar for OHS)

I've lost alot of strength this winter, trouble with the OHS but I can't even recall when I did it last...what size box did you guys use?

Are you doing these WODs are your own? Hard to know who people are with the Blogger IDs. :)

To answer your Q, we use the standard CF box jump height 24/20 unless otherwise indicated.

Hey Naffele, standard is 24" for guys and 20" for girls

Yes I'm doing these on my own. I have a great setup in my garage thanks to one of your members! I did a Level 1 cert and the Barbell cert @Academy of Lions.
...I figured 24/20 for the box jumps but just wanted to make sure I was on the same page as the rest! Thanks :)
