WOD (for some reason, done before today's skill set)

4 rounds for time:

32 Double-unders/96 single-unders
16 Push press 45/30
8 Bar burpees

Skill:

Back squat 5 x 3 @ 80% of 1RM

75kg

Cashout: 2 minute hollow rock hold

13? + 10 lunge (lost track of rounds - too much time spent keeping an eye out for the other guys!)

A. 245, depth too shallow with 250

B. I think it was 11 + 10 lunges, not sure. Lost count.

Classes will be normal again next week once everyone is back at work.

Only the 4 class was insane, 5 and 6 was fine. FYI for the future. :)

I should have mentioned...pull-ups were on the rings and slam ball was 25lbs (that was all that was available.)
