120kg x 313? + 10 lunge (lost track of rounds - too much time spent keeping an eye out for the other guys!)
A. 245, depth too shallow with 250B. I think it was 11 + 10 lunges, not sure. Lost count.Classes will be normal again next week once everyone is back at work.Only the 4 class was insane, 5 and 6 was fine. FYI for the future. :)
Oops, pounds!! I was lifting on the other side.
A) 110kgB) 12 + 5 pull-ups
I should have mentioned...pull-ups were on the rings and slam ball was 25lbs (that was all that was available.)
