A: 45 x 3

B: 19:00 started off T2B then halfway through second round switched to K2E. Have to learn to grip better with my left and stop ripping it to shreds

A: 50Kg- Stuck to working Fr.Squat.

B: 20:00 : T2Bs cooked me on round 3 and I was hurtin'. They only get better - but it's all good :-)
