B. 15:55 mod 10 t2b instead of 10 standing sit-ups. Tailbone still sore from the evil snatch.

B 19:44 w/35 the standing standing sit ups were hellish, as well as the ring rows. I really sucked at both, so hopefully we will be doing more of them :)

A) 10 pull-ups and 5 HSPUs (strict to purple block) every 2 to 3 minutes

B) 20:28 w 30lb DB and 5kg counter-weight for the standing sit-ups
