B. For 6 Minutes 
     30 Sec Box Jump 30/24 
     30 Sec Rest
*this is practice to work  
 perfect box jumps

C. 4 Rounds 
     2 Minute AMRAP
     5 Deadlift 125/85
     5 Burpee
     Rest 2 Minutes

B: 10 + 3DL @85 (for last 2 sets. First 2 @80 cuz Jay can't count with a woman's bar)

A) 85kg X 8 - only had time for 1 set but did 75 and 80 for 8 as well.

B) 12 + 5 deadlifts @100kg
