Did filthy 50 at crossfit revenge in Long Island for the first time and it is an awful workout and have no need to repeat it 28:05

B) 36 HSPU to an ab mat

B) 23 to abmat @ 40kg (should have done 45 or maybe even 50) - I had no push for the HSPus but the cleans were done in about 30 secs so I had lots of time to struggle with them.

(Open gym @ noon - MU work)
