A. Gymnastics

B. For time: 
     70 Burpees
     60 Sit-ups 
     50 KBS 1/1.5p
     40 Pull-ups
     30 Handstand push-ups

A) muscle up work - pulling to ribs and getting horizontal

B) 17:00 mod -10 for each set to get to HSPUs (subbed strict ring rows for pull-ups (hands) and AB mat for HSPUs)

A2) pausing pistols and pistols and lifting up and resetting the tire with Sue!

B DNF shoulder bothered me at the 19th pull up. Disappointed as I was at 11 mins and was going to finish the chipper :(

2nd class actual pistols thanks to laurie, jay and willie. It took a village!

And for sh!ts and giggles, my partner in crime laurie helped me flip the tire at the front door!
