D 9 and 3 pull ups to rings
E 20 tgu w/16

A) Strict Press 5x5 @45kg then a sixth set of 5 @47kg
B) Clean/Push Press 75kg
C) Started into the round of 18 box jumps. Mod: did 3 strict pull-ups each round
D) 16 TGU @24kg
