A got to 65 which is 8 kilo less than my X 3 PR. My back is getting better
B 14:11 RX I'm disappointed with myself with this one. I know my breaks were too long and I know I could have done the cleans faster is my back was 100%
The wod left me wrecked and I love it
A) 90-80-75-70kg
B) 18:02 RX - C2B - too slow on the push press
A: 90-80-70-60
B: 18:50ish Rx. Tough WOD.
