A) 45-50-55 - 3 reps on the last set
B) 65-70-75 - 1 rep on the last set
C) 9 rounds + 5 C2B + 8 push-ups for 283 reps. C2B felt great and got better as I went. Didn't rush the box jumps, which went well.
