Congrats to Alyssa and Wei for kickin ass at the WPC Raw World Powerlifting Championships in Vegas yesterday. Alyssa won her weight class in both Junior and Open divisions. Wei won his weight class and Best overall Teen!! BOOM!!
Also, Brett and Becca will be competing tomorrow at CompWOD's 'Best of the Best' challenge. They had to kick a lot of ass just to qualify for this competition and we are already proud of them for that...now let's send them some good vibes. The competition starts tomorrow at 2pm and will be streamed online. Expect to see some crazy difficult WOD's...and to see Brett and Becca step up to them. To watch the comp simply 'like' CompWOD on facebook and they will post the link for the stream. LET'S DO THIS!!
